The present terms and conditions regulate the access and use of all services that concern the renting of Veloxygene’s bikes.
Unless otherwise agreeing these terms, our services are accessible to anyone designed as customer or member who meets all of the following conditions :
Being in good physical condition which means not suffering from any medical diseases or complaints that could influence the biking ability. The rider assume « Being able and in the good physical condition required to use both normal and electric bikes provided by the company or by himself ».
Veloxygène reserves the right to judge the capacities and abilities of a customer or rider prior to the use of a bicycle, without being under any obligation to justify its decision or making a refund.
Timetable :
The customer must arrive 15 minutes before the departure time for guided tours, learning courses and bike rental.
The customer is liable for any damage related to the use of bikes and must bear all the necessary repair costs.
Any late return will be subject to additional charges.
Safe biking trips :
Wearing vest and helmet is mandatory,
Respect road users,
Respect the rules of the road,
Treat everyone equally.
